Epilogues



He slumped against the wall, slowly sliding down to the floor, the smoking gun dropping from his hand.

For months now, he’d been chasing this moment, the moment where he got his revenge. The blood, guts and bullet casings strewn across the floor proved that it hadn’t been easy.

But he could now…

What? What could he do now? Go back to his life? Go back to paying taxes, attending Neighbourhood Watch meetings, find a girl?

He picked the gun back up. He checked the chamber. One bullet left.

He took a deep breath.

Actually, he liked the Neighbourhood Watch…
