The Strongest Woman I’d Ever Known



In many ways, she was the strongest woman I’d ever known.

No matter what life threw at her, she found a way to work through it. When her father died when she was young, she started helping around the house. When her mother took ill, she took over the household, and raised her siblings.

Every setback, every illness, every disaster, she’d square her shoulders and work through it.

Like I said, in many ways, the strongest. But considering she never tried to improve her lot, considering she just let others dictate her life, she was in many ways the weakest…
